Milan Runway Cowl Pattern

Inspired by an haute couture cowl straight off the runway of the #1 name in Italian knitwear, this cowl can be worn in myriad ways by merely adjusting the double-ended zipper. Zip both ends closed for a deep cowl, unzip at top to create a collar, unzip at the bottom to create a capelet, and any combination in between. The pattern uses worsted weight yarn and is a great stash buster. Pick two complementary yarns, as shown, knit it in one color, or use up smaller amounts of yarn by going striped.
